Getting Started
How Does It Work?
It's quite simple. Send us the details about how many items you have and in which format. We'll supply you with a cost estimate based on the items and ensure we have the proper equipment to transfer your media. It gets added to our queue and you'll be notified when they're ready.

Services & Pricing
The Cost of Forever
Each service requires a custom quote which will be approved by you with up-front pricing before any work is started.
- $25 for one tape-based analog video item (VHS, MiniDV, 8mm )
- $5 per DVD playable in DVD players with purchase of transfer
- $5 per 8GB thumb drive with purchase of transfer
- $20 for digital camcorder transfer (SD Card, Hard Disk Camera)
- $20 per hard drive transfer.
- $30 per hour for services such as sound/video restoration, computer reformatting, specific video editing.
Gimme, Gimme
How Do I Receive My Items?
Preferred delivery will be via OneDrive. I can either provide a download link which will be active for 30 days or if you want to share a folder (OneDrive, Google Drive, Dropbox, etc) I can upload there as well. If you prefer, I can deliver on a thumb drive drive for an extra charge ($5 for an 8GB thumb drive).
Storing Your New Media
I have my files: How should I best preserve them?
My hope is that you already have a digital archive of your photos and videos and so the easiest is to just add them to your collection. If you do not have a digital archive, I would recommend something that will stick with you for a while like Google Drive, iCloud, OneDrive - whatever platform you're most familiar with.

We recommend YouTube. If you have a Gmail account, you have
a YouTube account and can start uploading. If you want to upload and share

Welcome!
These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to your use of our analog digitization services offered by No Rewind ("we," "us," or "our"). By submitting your analog media for digitization, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Service Description
We convert your analog media into digital files in various formats (e.g., MP4, AVI). We offer various service packages with different turnaround times and storage options. Please refer to our website or pricing guide for detailed information.

2. User Warranties and Indemnification
You warrant that:

You own the copyright to the content on the analog media or have obtained the necessary permissions from the copyright holder for digitization.

The content does not violate any laws or infringe upon the rights of any third party.

The media is free from any defects or damage that might hinder the digitization process.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of these warranties.

3. Data Privacy and Security
We take your privacy seriously. We will not share, sell, or otherwise disclose your personal information or the content of your analog media to any third party, except as required by law or to investigate suspected illegal activity.
4. Data Retention and Deletion
Your digitized files will be stored securely for 30 days following completion of the service. After 30 days, your files may be permanently deleted without prior notification.
You are solely responsible for downloading and saving your files within the 30-day period. We recommend backing up your files to a personal storage device.

5. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any loss of data, damage to your analog media, or any other damages arising from the use of our services, except to the extent caused by our intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
We provide our services "as is" and without any warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Prince Edward Island, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved by court in Prince Edward Island, Canada.
8. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written.

9. Amendment
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. We will post the revised Terms on our website and notify you via email if we make any material changes.
